When players reach a total deposit of 259,000 BDT or request any withdrawal on the Baji platform, a full KYC (Know Your Customer) process is necessary. This procedure ensures the identity of the player and helps maintain platform security. Below are the required steps and guidelines for completing the KYC process.

Required Documents for KYC

To complete the KYC process, players need to submit the following documents:

  1. A government-issued photo ID (front and back if applicable).
  2. A selfie of the player holding the ID.
  3. A bank statement or utility bill.

Once these documents are uploaded, players receive a “Temporarily Approved” status while the KYC team reviews the submission. The review process takes up to 24 hours, after which players will be notified whether their account is approved, rejected, or requires more information.

Status During Temporary Approval

While under the “Temporarily Approved” status, players can continue to use the platform normally but with some limitations. The total amount they can deposit is capped at 65,000 BDT, and they will not be able to withdraw funds until the KYC process is fully completed and approved.

Guidelines for Submitting Documents

It’s important to follow these rules when submitting the required documents:

Proof of ID:

  • The document must contain a valid signature;
  • The player must not be from a restricted country, including the United States, France, Netherlands, Australia, UK, Spain, Cyprus, and their territories;
  • The name on the document must match the name registered on the platform;
  • The ID must not expire within the next 3 months;
  • The player must be over 18 years old.

Proof of Residence:

  • A recent bank statement or utility bill is required as proof of residence;
  • The country must not be restricted;
  • The name on the document must match the name on the ID;
  • The document must be issued within the last 3 months.

Selfie with ID:

  • The person in the selfie must be the same as in the ID;
  • The ID in the selfie must match the one submitted earlier, including the same photo and ID number.

Additional KYC Information

If the KYC process is unsuccessful, the reason will be noted, and a support ticket will be created. Players will receive the ticket number along with an explanation of the issue. Once all documents are properly submitted and approved, the account will be fully verified.
For additional security measures, players who have not completed KYC cannot make further deposits or withdrawals. Once verified, a maximum deposit limit of 259,000 BDT per transaction is applied. Additionally, before any withdrawal is approved, a thorough review of the account activity is conducted to ensure the funds are legitimate. No direct transfer of funds between players is allowed at any time.
