KYC Policy at Baji Live

To complete the KYC process, players need to submit the following documents:

1. A government-issued photo ID (front and back if applicable).
2. A selfie of the player holding the ID.
3. A bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months.

Once these documents are uploaded, players receive a “Temporarily Approved” status while the KYC team reviews the submission. The review process takes up to 24 hours, after which players will be notified whether their account is approved, rejected, or requires more information.

While under the “Temporarily Approved” status, players can keep using the platform with some limits: they cannot deposit more than EUR 500 in total and cannot withdraw funds until the KYC check is fully completed and approved.

It’s important to follow these rules when submitting the required documents:

Proof of ID:

• The player must not be from a restricted country: the United States, France, the Netherlands and its territories, Australia, the United Kingdom, Spain or Cyprus;
• The name on the document must match the name registered on the platform;
• The ID must not expire within the next 3 months;
• The player must be over 18 years old.

Proof of Residence:

• A recent bank statement or utility bill is required as proof of residence;
• The country must not be restricted;
• The name on the document must match the name on the ID;
• The document must be issued within the last 3 months.

Selfie with ID:

• The person in the selfie must be the same as in the ID;
• The ID in the selfie must match the one submitted earlier, including the same photo and ID number.

If the KYC check is unsuccessful, the reason is noted and a support ticket is created. Players receive the ticket number with an explanation of the issue. Once all documents are properly submitted and approved, the account is fully verified.
For additional security, players who have reached the KYC threshold cannot make further deposits or withdrawals until the check is completed. Before any withdrawal is approved, Baji also reviews the account activity to make sure the funds are legitimate. Direct transfers of funds between players are not allowed at any time.
